2025-10-14 - Season 19 – Haunted Masquerade
This Overwatch 2 patch includes 72 buffs, 9 nerfs, and 330 rework/adjustments.
Hero balance changes
- Orisa - buff - Decreases knockback applied to you. Decreases debuff duration on you.
- Orisa - neutral - Sojourn Only: Gain the ability to attach Disruptor Orb to allied Orisa.
- Orisa - neutral - Slow any nearby enemies by 30%.
- Orisa - neutral - Zenyatta Only: Applying Orb of Discord to allied Ramattra in Nemesis Form also applies it to enemies near him. Does not cause allied Ramattra to take additional damage.
- Orisa - buff - Gain 50 armor. Increases melee damage.
- Orisa - buff - Brigitte Only: Increases Brigitte shield size and durability when they are in close proximity.
- Orisa - neutral - Gain the ability to heal yourself by 100 health every 30 seconds.
- Orisa - neutral - Junkrat Only: Concussion Mine explosions douse enemies with gasoline. Any explosion damage within 10 seconds ignites them.
- Orisa - neutral - Melee damage now knocks enemies back.
- Orisa - neutral - Tracer Only: Gain the ability to attach her Pulse Bomb to allied Winston. Either Winston or Tracer can detonate it.

- Orisa - neutral - Hanzo Only: Any enemy hit by an allied Genji’s Swift Strike or Dragonblade is marked. Shots home toward marked enemies.
- Orisa - buff - The farther the enemy, the more damage dealt to them.
- Orisa - neutral - Genji Only: Gain the ability to activate Hanzo’s Dragonstrike during Dragonblade. Doing so will cancel the rest of Dragonblade.

- Orisa - buff - Roadhog Only: Chain Hook now explodes on impact. Detonating Junkrat’s Concussion Mines increases explosion damage and radius.

- Orisa - neutral - Soldier: 76 Only: Gain an additional Biotic ability that while in use, prevents healing on enemies hit by Helix Rockets.
- Orisa - neutral - Dealing melee damage to enemies heals nearby allies.
- Orisa - buff - Reinhardt Only: When Inspired by allied Brigitte, Charge explodes on impact. Inspired status stacks up to 3 times, increasing explosion damage and radius.
- Orisa - neutral - Holding jump lets you hover midair.
- Orisa - neutral - Mei Only: When Ice Wall comes into contact with Juno’s Orbital Ray, creates a Blizzard.
- Orisa - neutral - Deal additional damage while airborne or on Lifeweaver’s Petal Platform.
- Orisa - neutral - Symmetra Only: Turrets can now also target allies, granting armor over time.
- Orisa - buff - Increases your base health by 20%.
- Orisa - neutral - Torbjörn Only: Turret now applies toggleable healing or damage boost to allies within range.
- Orisa - buff - Constantly regenerate health. Eliminations increase regen rate for 10 seconds.
- Orisa - buff - Reaper Only: Increases movement speed and jump height during Wraith Form.
- Orisa - neutral - Applies a mini Orb of Harmony to you.
- Orisa - neutral - Ramattra Only: Gain the ability to detonate allied Zenyatta’s Orbs of Discord. Their explosions damage nearby enemies and apply a temporary Orb of Discord to them.
- Orisa - neutral - The Hero Mastery mode and courses are no longer available to play.
- Orisa - neutral - New Options added to Social → Text Chat
- Orisa - neutral - The color of each existing Text Chat Channel (Whisper/Group/Team/Match) can now be set. These default to their existing colors.
- Orisa - neutral - The color Comms/Pings can now be set.
- Orisa - neutral - Tabbing through each of the potential text chat channels includes a small new visual element to indicate that the channel has changed.
- Doomfist - neutral - Damage reduction reduced from 80% to 75%.
- Doomfist - buff - Slow duration increased from 1.5 to 2 seconds.
- Doomfist - buff - Slow amount increased from 30% to 40%.
- Hazard - buff - Lifesteal increased from 25% to 30%.
- Junker Queen - neutral - No longer refreshes all cooldowns.
- Junker Queen - buff - Now reduces all cooldowns by 6 seconds.
- Mauga - neutral - Ultimate cost reduced by 6%.
- Mauga - buff - Maximum overhealth granted increased from 100 to 150.
- Mauga - buff - Critical hits amount of overhealth given increased from 2 to 3.
- Reinhardt - buff - Barrier Field regeneration rate increased from 150 to 200.
- Wrecking Ball - neutral - No longer consumes overhealth.
- Wrecking Ball - buff - Visual size increased to be in line with Zarya Barriers.
- Cassidy - buff - Healing per second increased from 20 to 30.
- Freja - buff - Ammo refunded increased from 4 to 8.
- Mei - neutral - No longer shares a cooldown with Ice Wall.
- Mei - buff - Cooldown increased from 6 to 10 seconds.
- Reaper - neutral - Movement speed while active reduced from 50% to 40%.

- Widowmaker - buff - Damage increased from 25 to 50.
- Ana - buff - Critical damage multiplier increased from 1.5x to 2x.
- Baptiste - neutral - No longer removes healing from Regenerative Burst.
- Baptiste - neutral - Attack speed bonus reduced from 30% to 25%.
- Illari - neutral - Resource cost reduced from 100% to 50% of max energy.
- Illari - neutral - Healing amount no longer scales with energy spent.
- Illari - neutral - Explosion healing is now a flat 100 healing.
- Juno - neutral - Ultimate cost reduced by 8%.
- Kiriko - neutral - Duration reduced from 3 seconds to 2 seconds.
- Kiriko - buff - Duration increased from 2 to 3 seconds.
- Lifeweaver - buff - Rejuvenating Dash’s healing increased from 20 to 30.

- Wuyang - neutral - Base health reduced from 250 to 225.
- Wuyang - neutral - Maximum explosion damage reduced from 70 to 60.

- Sojourn - nerf - Generate 25% more Railgun charge. Railgun charge decays 75% slower.
- Sojourn - neutral - Charged Shot refunds up to 35% of Disruptor Shot's cooldown, based on the Charge spent.
- Sojourn - neutral - Charged Shot Final Blows trigger an explosion for 75% of the damage dealt.
- Sojourn - nerf - Disruptor Shot can stick to enemies. Stuck Disruptor Shots deal 50% less damage.
- Sojourn - neutral - Disruptor Shot slows enemies within its area for 15% and grants 33% of its damage dealt as Railgun Charge.
- Sojourn - buff - Gain 25% Damage Reduction during Power Slide. Power Slide duration increased by 100%.
- Sojourn - neutral - Power Slide spawns a mini Disruptor Shot when activated and when you jump.

- Torbjörn - neutral - When a Turret is placed, it gains 200 Overhealth for 5s. Hitting a Turret with Forge Hammer grants you 10 Overhealth for 5s, up to 50.
- Torbjörn - nerf - After using Overload, gain 2 Ammo of Molten Core with 66% reduced damage duration.
- Torbjörn - neutral - Molten Core heals allied heroes within it for 50% of Molten Core Damage every 1s.
- Torbjörn - neutral - After using Overload, throw 2 Armor Packs that grants Armor equal to 20% of your Max Life. Armor Packs do not stack.
- Torbjörn - neutral - Overload grants all allies within 5m Overhealth equal to 50% of Overload Overhealth and 10% Attack Speed.
- Torbjörn - buff - While Overload is not active, Weapon Damage and Weapon Healing reduces Overload Cooldown by 10%.
- Torbjörn - nerf - Every 5th Rivet Gun shot shoots both your Primary Fire and Secondary Fire. The bonus shot deals 25% reduced damage.
- Torbjörn - buff - Turret damage marks enemies for 8s. Gain 20% Weapon Lifesteal and 15% increased Weapon Damage against marked enemies.
- Torbjörn - neutral - While Overload is active, every Forge Hammer swing explodes, dealing Forge Hammer damage equal to 10% of Max Life in a 3m radius.
- Torbjörn - neutral - Using Forge Hammer on an Ally heals them for 66% of Forge Hammer damage.

- Torbjörn - neutral - 5% Attack Speed.
